Shipping Information for orders within the United States
USPS Priority Mail - Your merchandise should arrive 2-5 working days after being shipped.  Our shipping charges are based on the total dollar amount of your order.  Please use the chart below as a reference for your shipping charges.

RETURNS
All non-custom orders may be returned for credit, exchange, or refund less shipping costs.

All custom orders may be returned for credit or exchange only. To return your jewelry to Silk & Stone Designs, Inc, please do the following:

1. Call 314-503-6681 between the hours of 9am and 2pm CST Monday through Friday for a Return Authorization.

2. Place the item(s) in original packaging and box.

3. Ship to Silk & Stone Designs, Inc. by UPS or US Postal Service insured. Once your return is received and reviewed by our Quality Assurance team you will receive notification regarding your return, exchange or credit within 5 working days.

Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.

All merchandise must be accompanied by original receipt. Claims must be made within (7) seven days of receipt of merchandise. All merchandise must be returned within (14) fourteen days for a credit, refund, or exchange.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE ("AGREEMENT" OR "TERMS OF USE") CAREFULLY BEFORE purchasing THE Jewelry of The Month Club  AND SERVICES OFFERED BY Silk & Stone Designs, INC. THIS AGREEMENT SETS FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS for Silk & Stone Designs, INC., Jewelry of the Month Club.

2. Membership Eligibility

Age: Silk & Stone Designs, INC services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful. Silk & Stone Designs, INC may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer access to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time. This provision is void where prohibited by law.

Individuals under the age of 18 must at all times use Silk & Stone Designs, INC services only in conjunction with and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age. In this all cases, the adult is the user and is responsible for any and all activities.

3. MEMBERSHIP DUES/Services

Joining and setting up your Jewelry of The Month Club. Silk & Stone Designs, INC charges membership fees for an exclusive membership, you will be charged and may pay by cash , check or PayPal.

Silk & stone Designs, INC. Fees Policy, which is subject to change, is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD).

You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with using Silk & Stone Designs, INC.

Silk & Stone Designs, INC., keeps accepted payment information on file.

13. Privacy

Except as provided in Silk & Stone Designs, INC. Privacy Policy Silk & Stone Designs, INC. will not sell or disclose your personal information (as defined in the Privacy Policy) to third parties without your explicit consent.
